1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuizMeBro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of QuizMeBro, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

3. Use of Services

QuizMeBro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal and educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the service

4. AI-Generated Content

Quizzes generated by our AI are created based on the content you provide. While we strive for accuracy, QuizMeBro does not guarantee that AI-generated questions are error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated quiz content before use.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you upload to QuizMeBro. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of generating quizzes. QuizMeBro's branding, design, and technology remain our intellectual property.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly in South African Rand (ZAR). By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing date
• No refunds for partial months of service
• Price changes with 30 days' prior notice

7. Token Usage

AI quiz generation is powered by tokens. Tokens are allocated based on your subscription plan and do not roll over to the next billing period. Unused tokens expire at the end of each billing cycle.

8. Limitation of Liability

QuizMeBro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification.
