At QuizMeBro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures to ensure transparency and fairness for all users.
1. Subscription Plans
QuizMeBro offers various subscription plans with recurring billing cycles. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:
- Log in to your QuizMeBro account
- Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
- You will receive a confirmation email once cancellation is processed
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevented you from using the service, reported within 7 days of purchase
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Accidental subscription purchases, requested within 48 hours
- Service not delivered as described, with valid documentation
Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind after the initial 48-hour period, partial billing periods, or if terms of service were violated.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Processing typically takes 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take additional time depending on your bank
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- AI credits that have already been used
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 48-hour window (no refund for unused time)
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions unless otherwise stated
- Third-party services or integrations
7. Free Trial Cancellations
If you are on a free trial and wish to avoid charges, you must cancel before the trial period ends. We send reminder emails before your trial expires. No refunds are provided for charges incurred due to failure to cancel during the trial period.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension. If you have concerns about a charge, please reach out to our support team first so we can resolve the issue.
9. Changes to This Policy
