Share a quiz and challenge your friends

Studying is more fun with friends. Share any of your quizzes with a link, or dare someone to beat your score. The people you share with don't need an account — they just type their name and play.

Share a quiz

1. Open the quiz.

   Go to My Quizzes in the sidebar and open the quiz you want to share.

2. Press Share & challenge.

   Turn on sharing to make the quiz public. Only people with the link can find it.

3. Copy the link and send it.

   Paste it into WhatsApp, your class group or an email. Anyone who opens it can take the quiz straight away.

Send a "Beat my score" challenge

1. Take the quiz yourself.

   Finish it and open your results.

2. Press Challenge friends.

   You'll get a challenge link that shows your score and time, for example "Thandi scored 8/10 in 1:42 — can you beat it?"

3. Send the link.

   Your friend takes the same quiz, and at the end they'll see whether they won, tied or lost against you.

The leaderboard

• Every shared quiz has a top-10 leaderboard.
• Each person's best score counts. If two people have the same score, the faster time ranks higher.
• After playing, everyone sees their rank and the correct answers with explanations.

See who took your quiz

1. Open the quiz and go to Share & challenge.

   You'll see how many people have played, the average score and the full list of results.

2. Tidy up if you need to.

   Remove any entry from the results — for example a joke name — and it disappears from the leaderboard.

3. Stop sharing any time.

   Turn sharing off and the link stops working.
